Meet the Instructor
CCW Instructor, RSO, Author, "Top Gun"
Robert G. Scott is a Certified CCW Instructor, Range Safety Officer, and movie-set gun wrangler. He was “Top Gun” at his police academy, and has served in law enforcement in California and Nevada. Robert is the author of the California CCW Handbook, has published dozens of articles, and has authored classroom content for law enforcement. Robert founded Sierra CCW to support evidence-based education for firearm safety, CCW classes, and police science.
Tuition
Original-issue 16-hour CCW class: $750
Renewal-issue 8-hour CCW class: $500
All classes are one-on-one or small groups.
Discounts available for groups.
Classes are designed for applicants with critical self-defense needs.
Sierra CCW will qualify firearms up to .45 cal.
